Please use this form to submit your tattoo request and allow for 1-2 weeks for an e-mail correspondence. I do my best to get through all e-mails in a timely manner, as I continue to make reply’s and bookings on Mondays and Tuesdays weekly, but some weeks are busier than others and may take more time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

​Please be sure to check your JUNK/SPAM mail in the event our response is routed there! There is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to book an appointment (which will come off the price of the tattoo when it is completed). Refunded deposits are done based on cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is a request for a minimum 48 hours notice by PHONE OR EMAIL for rescheduling or to cancel. Failure to provide 48hrs notice will result in loss of deposit. I also will only reschedule an existing appointment up to 3 times, other wise the deposit will be kept for blocking out that time.
